Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso/East

Conveniently located near I-10, though a bit tricky to find at first. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The two-queen suite was spacious and comfortable for our family of five and our pup. There was a good area to walk the dog, which we really appreciated. Breakfast offered a nice variety and was very good, and the gym was spacious and well-equipped. After a long day on the road, we slept great and felt well-rested.

Had a great time, family friendly, nice rooms, and good breakfast. Only one gripe, swimming pool was super strong with chlorine. People were coughing and kids. We didn't stay in there that long at all.

I choose Hampton inn, as it is part of Hilton group which I am a member. Checking in was straight forward. I did not have a reservation, however was offered availability of a room with king size bed. Even though I arrived at around 9am, after all night drive, I was able to check in straight away. Room was super clean and bed was fantastic, best night of sleep I had for a long time. Even though the hotel is located next to busy road, I barely heard traffic. I will give 5 star to this place, regardless of one big downfall for me. It is a WI-FI. Free wifi which hotel offers is 2-4mbs, speed. Which in 2026 it is a ridiculously low. However you are offered a premium for $4.95 a day. Premium speed is set at around 30 mbs. By my opinion, in 2026, wifi should be free and give at least 100 mbs lowest... add additional 1$ to room rate and it will cover your wifi expenses by far. Lastly, GM and all staff is fantastic and provide excellent customer service. P.S. please improve your breakfast quality, some food at breakfast was heated from frozen and was way undercooked.

The hotel was great, staff was awesome, rooms where very clean except for the tub didn't drain very well. Breakfast was great other than that I'll be back.

Had a quick over night stay! Everyone was super friendly, the Front desk greeted us with fresh cookies and cold water! Free breakfast had plenty of options(eggs,hashbrowns,waffles,ect). Rooms were clean and spacious. I even went to the front desk to ask for an additional blankets for the sofas bed, the woman at the front desk went and cam back with a warm comforter right out of the dryer! I will be coming back!! 10/10! Conveniently located right off the highway!

Overall a great experience. Great staff, front desk was great. The room (Rm 102) was good but the TV was limited and seemed very dim, hard to see during the daytime. We spent more time in the room than planned because we were there for a family funeral service and there is not much to do in EP during the week. The location was good but a little difficult to get to from George Dieter. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area but we ate the breakfast that was provided and it was really good. I will stay there again if we return to EP for family.

We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn! It was comfortable and clean and seemed new or newly remodeled. Very nice feel. Best of all was the staff though! The front desk was nice when we checked in, nice when we checked out, and even more above and beyond when we left something valuable in the room but realized after we were 500 miles away. They had me send a shipping label and then boxed and shipped to me. Not to mention the housekeeping was honest and turned it in. Five stars plus!!! We were just passing through but this stay was a highlight! (Also side note, I appreciated the coffee and the little store was well stocked!) The people/staff here are kind and helpful. Beds and pillows are comfortable, and rooms are clean. We got a suite and I was pleasantly surprised with the space; it was better in person than the photos I saw online. We visited family for Christmas but still have to get some work done, so the desk in the middle of the room is perfect. Next to I-10 but quieter than expected.
